The complete Cardalyst™ system consists of 4 separate adventures with accompanying Trek Decks™; Base Camp, Foundations, Ascension, and Summit.
Side Treks™ and Beyond are additional ways to use the Trek Decks™ and create new adventures with new challenges and opens interesting side journeys.
These exist as digital resources now but will be physical cards soon for those who prefer that format.
Facilitated adventure will be coming soon through social media channels to challenge yourself and your friends and colleagues.
EXTENSIONS
If you need proof on the power of Cardalyst™, I can honestly say I started with only a vague goal of what I wanted to create and no real plan of how to get there. By ignoring my natural inclinations to procrastinate given the enormity of the task, I took the first action step. Then another idea appeared requiring action, then another, and another. Eighty-six steps later, I have found more ideas and learned much more than I expected. Some of what I have uncovered in the ecosystem is below but this is only scratching the surface! Stay tuned.

PACE +™
Plan to Achieve Career Excellence
PACE™ is a career planning system that I created for a network of career resource centres that operate in regional high school and government offices in New Brunswick. The system was designed on my formal training as an Employment Counsellor to provide a framework for people to collect the information they need and apply it in ways that move them forward in their career development.
Tens of thousands of students and the general public have been introduced to and trained on this framework and it continues to be delivered in classrooms and the Work Room Career Resource Centers (www.careersthatwork.ca) now over 20 years after it's creation. This version is not only a refresh but a connection to a much bigger system that support career development by including personal and professional wellness that builds in life/work balance, career longevity, leadership, purpose and the resilience to persevere when career plans face challenge.
PACE + is the upgrade of the original system plus integration with Cardalyst.
Careerosity®
Career Exploration Game
This is a Government of New Brunswick product that also ties nicely into the Cardalyst™ecosystem.
I was a co-developer of this game. It was built for students to help them understand how their character traits, skills and interests match with occupations in the workforce. Launched in 2022/23 across all Middle Schools in New Brunswick and select community agencies, this is a fun and easy way to learn about careers.
